  • Children 4 to under 6 yrs: 7.5 mL every 4 hours
  • Children under 4 yrs: Do not use.

Genexa Kids' Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu is a multi-symptom medicine that helps relieve pain, fever, and cough to help your child feel better so they can get back to their day. This daytime medicine is made with proven active ingredients your child needs for symptom relief (320mg of acetaminophen and 5mg dextromethorphan HBr per 10mL).  

Genexa Kids' Nighttime Multi-Symptom Cold & Flu is a multi-symptom medicine that helps with pain relief, fever, sneezing, runny nose, and controls cough to help your child get to sleep. This nighttime medicine is made with proven active ingredients your child needs for symptom relief (325mg of acetaminophen and 12.5mg of diphenhydramine per 10mL).  

Both oral suspensions come in a delicious organic blueberry flavor and are safe and effective when used as directed for children 6 years and older.
