We hope you and your family are healthy and safe.
As dads, we created Genexa because we believe families should be able to take medicine that is clean, safe and free of the harmful chemicals found in the “inactive” ingredients in most over-the-counter drugs.
When we started Genexa just a few years ago, it was hard to imagine a world with the kind of emotion and uncertainty that I’m sure we are all feeling. That being said, we want to assure you that we currently have sufficient levels of stock on our products, and that our customer experience team is available to assist and answer any questions you may have.
On a personal note, we are very concerned about the hoarding of essential items in the US, such as food and medicines. While it’s important to be prepared for emergencies, we encourage all our customers (as well as our friends and family) to take a stand against hoarding and to purchase only the amount of products that are actually needed.
More so, we were disturbed that it seems like the CDC has not taken a clear stance against this, but rather, has implicitly encouraged this type of behavior. Responsible consumption is a bipartisan issue which should unite us all, and we encourage everyone to hold both political parties in our government accountable to encouraging responsible consumption of essential items like foods and medicines.
