In 2005 she decided the best way to help empower others in their path toward healing, was to return to school to become a nurse practitioner. Her first job as a nurse practitioner was with a prevention and wellness program with the federal government. For the past three years she has worked as an integrative nurse practitioner in a Holistic Family Practice. In that capacity she has assisted clients to identify various chronic diseases, nutrional deficiencies and hormone imbalances by employing both traditional medicine with physical assessment, laboratory testing, along with vitamins, supplements, and homeopathy and mind/body techniques. I am fully convinced that true healing involves not only physical modalities, but the body, mind and spirit. By integrating all of the above, I feel I can empower clients to reach their highest level of wellness. Marna now sees patients, and conducts comprehensive health modalities assessments with Capital Integrative Health.
